Grilled shrimps/Shrimp Skewers/Barbecued Shrimps/Grilled Pepper Shrimps

| 25 nos | Shrimps(jumbo r tiger r medium indian shrimps) |
| ¼ tsp | Cumin seed powder |
| ½ tsp | Pepper powder |
| 1 tsp | Soyasauce |
| 1 T | Olive oil |
| 6 nos | Bamboo skewers |
| Salt (if needed) |
Instructions
Clean n devein the shrimps with the tail intact..take a bowl mix cumin seed powder, pepper powder, soyasauce, olive oil with the shrimps…add salt if needed, most probably salt wasnt must as we r using soyasauce..Let them marinate for 30 minutes, keep them in fridge..
Preheat the oven at 350F, take the bamboo skewers insert the marinated shrimps, finish the skewers with the shrimps…take a oven tray n line them, give some spaces between the skewers n grill them for 7 to 10 minutes(its depends on the oven)have an eye will making this skewers, this happens very fast..u may see the shrimps well grilled n put off the oven..
Serve them hot with salads..

Notes
Pepper powder can also be replace with green chilly sauce…
Can add any herbs r else finely chopped shallots r green bell peppers too..
