| ¼ cup | Carrots finely grated |
| 1 cup | Grated firm tofu |
| 2 nos | Green chilli finely chopped |
| ½ tsp | Garam masala powder |
| ¼ tsp | Fennel seed powder |
| ¼ cup | All purpose flour/corn flour |
| 2 stks | Cilantro leaves(chopped) |
| 3 nos | Curry leaves (finely chopped) |
| ¼ tsp | Cumin seed powder |
| ¼ cup | Bread crumbs |
| ¼ cup | Onions(finely chopped) |
| Salt as per taste | |
| Oil for frying |
Instructions
Take a bowl..add all ingredients except the breadcrumbs n oil..mix together well..smash everything with ur fingers ..make them as balls n roll them in bread crumbs..keep these balls for atleast 1 hour in fridge…Fry them as deep frying..
Crispy Tofu balls r ready to serve..serve them hot..Green chillies can be replaced with redchilli powder too..
