Mutton chops-1/4 kg
Onions-2
Oil-1/4 cup
Tomatoes-1
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-2 tsps
Salt-1/2tsp
Ground masala
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Java pepper corns-1cm(both fried and grounded)
For garnishing
Dry curry leaves-1tbsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped-2 tbsp
Method
Fry onions in oil to golden brown.
Now add tomatoes and fry till cooked.
Later except pepper add all ing.and 3/4 cup water and pressure cook.
When done saute adding ground masala till dry, if needed for chappati switch off flame when it reaches gravy consistensy
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
To make dry curry leaves powder, wash,strain water on a kitchen napkin.
Now place them on a butter paper and microwave for 1min.
After some time crush the leaves with dry hands.
Store the powder in a ziplok pouch in your freezer and use it for garnishing which is good for health as well as it enhances the taste.
