| 1 lb | Mixed vegetables(frozen) |
| 15 cnt | Cauliflower florets |
| 1 cnt | Potato |
| 1 cnt | Onion (small sized) |
| 1 cnt | Tomato (big) |
| ¾ tsp | Fennel seeds |
| ¾ tsp | Cumin seeds |
| 1 tsp | Black gram (ulundu) |
| 1 tsp | Chilli powder |
| ½ tsp | Turmeric powder |
| 1¼ tsp | Sambar powder |
| 5 tsp | Oil |
| Salt (as per taste) | |
| 3 clove | Garlic (crushed) |
Instructions
Cut potato, onion and tomato into slightly biggger pieces. Season fennel seeds, cumin seeds and black gram. Add onion and crushed garlic; saute it for a minute. Add tomato. Saute it well; till it is cooked. Add all the ingrdients and salt as per taste. Pour in a cup of water. After it comes to a boil, cover and simmer till it is done while stirring and pouring water in between.
Notes
You will be done with this in minutes. A good side for all the rices(sambar, rasam,curd etc) and chapathi.
