Its my moms recipe … very very simple……..

| Shrimp | |
| 3 T | Vegetable oil |
| 2 tsp | Corn flour |
| 1 cup | Curry leaves |
| 3 T | Red chilly powder |
| 2 tsp | Ginger & garlic paste |
| 4 pinch | Garam masala |
| Salt (as per taste) |
Instructions
Take a bowl put shrimp in that add salt , garam masala, red chilly powder, cornflour , ginger garlic paste , curry leaves , and marinate it for 1 hour .
Then take a kadai /wok or any skillet pour oil and add the marinated mixture in it and fry it in a medium heat (do not add water ) for 8-10 minutes it depends on the shrimp if its a raw shrimp it will take more time to cook ie 15 mints , i always prefer cooked frozen shrimp .
Its a very easy and quick recipe to make
Notes
you can also add fried onions with this if you want
