| 1 tsp | Cumin powder |
| 1 tsp | Kasoori methi |
| 5 T | Thick curd |
| 1 tsp | Chilli powder |
| 1 tsp | Red food color |
| ½ tsp | Gram masala |
| 1 tsp | Pepper powder |
| 2 T | Ginger garlic paste |
| ½ cup | Again some lime juice for 2nd marination |
| ½ tsp | Turmeric powder |
| 3 tsp | Oil |
| ½ tsp | Salt |
Instructions
Cut 2 or 3 deep long slits on each piece of chicken. Apply salt ,chilli pdr and lime juice all over the chicken and keep aside for 20 minutes.
Make marination with coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste,kastoorimethi ,turmeric powder ,garam masala powder, red color,lime juice and oil to a smooth paste. Add 1/2 tsp salt to the paste and mix well with yogurt.Apply it all over the chicken, making sure to apply well between all the slits and inside. Keep aside for 15 mins.
Preheat your oven to 350 to 400 degree Fahrenheit. Cook for 20 to 35 minutes till the chicken is tender. Remove from oven. Heat the dosa pan and put your tandoori chicken on top of the pan. Cook for 4 to 5 mins in medium heat so that you will get real nice tandoori color.
