spicy peanut snack (kaara kalakkakottai)

Description

spicy peanut snack (kaara kalakkakottai)Easy snack. Goes well as a side dish (like paapad, vathal or friams) for saambaar, rasam or curd rice.
Ingredients
2 cup Raw peanuts with skin
2 cup Oil (for deep frying)
1 tsp Red chilli powder (or to taste)
½ tsp Salt (or to taste)

Instructions

* Heat oil in a pan

* Fry the peanuts over medium high flame until it turns golden brown or till the outer peanut cover turns little dark pink (takes about 70 – 90 seconds). Fry them batch by batch and place it in paper towel to drain any excess oil (not for a long time though as the salt and chilli powder coating will be good if there is a little oil left on the peanuts).

* Place the content in a bowl and sprinkle the red chilli powder and salt and mix the contents well.

Tasty peanut snack is ready in minutes. Enjoy as a side dish for saambaar, rasam or curd rice or as an evening snack.

Its Olympus stylus 750, 7.1 MP and 5x optical zoom. but I dont recommend this one. night time photos varavae varathu. I used to have Canon SD1000 and that was the best all the time.
