Potukadalai podi

Description

It is very simple. just fivemintues to make this recipe without oil.
Ingredients
½ cup Potukadalai
3 no R.chillies
1 T Cumin seeds
4 no Garlic
Salt (as per taste

Instructions

Step1. Fry potukadalai and r.chillies in a pan.(no need to add oil and no need to fry cuminseed and garlic)

step2. Let it cool down for 2-3mins.

step3. add salt and pinch of asofetida and grind it in mixer for 3-4 mins.

Fatafat podi is ready

    You can also add dry shredded coconut. Add the coconut after you turn of the stove and grind it along with the other ingredients. It tastes very good. It is my son’s all time favorite podi rice.

    Its simple and easy, tell me whether it should be taken with rice or should we add this in any sambar..

      u can add with plain rice.u can use sesame oil(naleynai) or ghee. It taste really good
