| Coriander leaves for garnishing | |

| 1 tsp | Chilly powder (as per individual’s preference) |
| Few fennel seeds | |
| ½ tsp | Garam masala powder |
| 1 tsp | Ginger garlic paste |
| 1 no | Capsicum[chopped] |
| 1 no | Big sized onion chopped |
| 3 nos | Eggs (lightly beaten with little salt and pepper) |
| 6 slice | Whole wheat bread{cut as shown in the picture] |
Instructions
1.Cut the corners of the bread and cut it in to four as shown in the picture.
2.Take a pan add oil ,fennel seeds and then onion , capsicum, and saute well with salt.
3.Add ginger garlic paste ,chilly powder and garam masala and saute it well.
4.U will find the whole content almost cooked at this stage, now add the bread and mix well.
5. Take 3 eggs and beat well with salt and pepper.
6.Add this to the content and mix well…leave it on sim for 5 minutes and garnish with corriander leaves.
Hot Bread egg masala is ready to be served.
Serve this with tomato sauce.
