Description
Its a combination of bitter gourd ,tamarind juice, jaggery and it will be very good with rice, Chappathi, idli, dosa .Its my mom in laws’s recipe which I am sharing with you friends.

| 2 no | Bitter gourd |
| 1 no | Onion |
| ½ no | Tomato |
| ¾ cup | Tamarind juice |
| 1 T | Chilli powder |
| 1 T | Corainder powder |
| 1 T | Cumin powder |
| 1 tsp | Turmeric powder |
| 1 T | Jaggery powder |
| 4 no | Coconut pieces |
| ½ tsp | Mustard seeds |
| ¼ tsp | Fenugreek leaves |
| 5 no | Curry leaves |
| Salt to taste | |
| 4 tbsp | Oil |
Instructions
Cut bitter gourd in to round thin pieces. Heat the cooking oil in a deep pan,
on a medium flame till hot. Add the Mustard seeds,curry leaves, fenugreek
seeds, . Fry till spluttering stops. Add finely chopped onions , tomatos ,bittergourd allow it to turn soft. . Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, 
coriander powder, Cumin powder and some tamarind juice to the mixture. Make them to boil few mins. Add ground coconut paste and salt . Keep it in a medium flame for 5 mins. Now add some jaggery. cook on low flame till oil ozzes out from the kuzhambu.
