| 2 T | Idli milagai podi |

| 2 no | Red chill |
| 5 nos | Curry leaves |
| 2 pinch | Asfoedita |
| 3 pinch | Salt |
| 2 tsp | Oil |
| Ghee for frying poli | |
| 2 tsp | Oil for applying on dough |
Instructions
Take a bowl and add maida, turmeric powder, ghee and salt. Add water little by little and make a soft dough and beat the dough well to become soft Pour 2 tsp oil on it and close with a lid.keep aside for 1 hour.
Pressure cook the green gram by adding 2 cups of water approx.
Take a kadai or a pan, Add oil and splutter mustard, curry leaves ,asafoetida , red chilli and idli mulagai podi. add it immediately to the green gram and add salt grind it coarsely.
From the ground mixture make small balls. keep it ready.
Divide the dough in to equal size balls and patt it. Place a puranam in the center of the dough and make a stuffed balls.
Place it in chapathi roller and roll the balls in to small polis.
Heat the dosa pan and place the poli in the center, cook each side for a minute.
Apply ghee on both the side. Serve hot. no side dish needed.
Notes
We can use moong dhal and channa dhal for making puranam. do not dust the poli while rolling. apply oil instead
