    Thanks for the recipe. I did a little variation. I added pudina leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies and a piece of ginger. Made a coarse paste adding salt. Then put oil in a non stick kadai and put the purnam and fried it till the water evaporates. And put the stuffing in the maida covering. Thanks.

    I love poli but I have been excusing myself since it is difficult to make. I am convinced that with ur steps I can make poli easily. Thnx for sharing.

    kalakara po divya. enakkum krishna sweets kara poli romba pidikkum.
    u can also try kara poli with other masala puranam. use potato, mint leaves and salt. and do the safe way. can sprinkle milagai podi as usual. this will also be good d.
