    This is a very favorite dish of my husband and mine!! thank you for posting it.

    I prepared it last evening. It came out well. But the bonda had grasped LOT OF OIL. I had to use four tissues/bonda to squeeze out the oil,yet the oil remained. Please let me know why it consumes so much oil???HOW DO I REDUCE IT???

    I remembered eating this bonda in india… thanks a lot for posting sis… its so nice to see it… i prefer this bonda over potato bonda… hmmmmm missing it.. will try soon… but one doubt.. i felt udar dal flavour in the bonda when i ate. do they use it… or optional.. waiting for ur reply.. thank you so much again….. iam stairing at the pic..

      urad dhal flavour wil be there but urad dhal is not used in it..only maida and curd..bb…try out u will recognise the  taste….

    hi priya…actually onion kuda add pannama dhan irrukum mangalore bonda..its optional..u can add priya according to ur taste…enjoy..try pannitu sollunga….

    bONDA SUPER AND VERY SIMPLE RECIPE..NEVER KNEW THAT WE CAN MAKE BONDA WITH MAIDHA THANX DIVYA!!!
