When i was in India , i happened to see a cook making Badhusha in a wedding, never thought that it would be so easy.Yesterday i had guests at home and was just wondering what to make I made chicken gravy , mutton masala , peas pulav ,raitha,chicken fry and vadas..but i was a bit stuck like what i should be serving at the end of the lunch?! suddenly an idea popped up thats how i made Badhusha the day before night and it came out really very well. Sharing this with u all.Hope u will all enjoy this recipe.

| 2 cup | Maidha or all purpose flour |
| ½ cup | Ghee |
| 1 tsp | Baking soda |
| pinch | Salt |
| pinch | Food colour |
| 3 cup | Sugar |
| 3 cup | Water |
| 4 | Cardamom crushed |
| Oil for deep frying |
Instructions
1.Take a pan add equal amount of sugar and water and boil them to make a thick sugar syrup like how u make sugar syrup for gulab jamun, add cardamom to it. Keep it aside.
2.Take a tablespoon of sugar and add a pinch of food colour to it and keep it aside[optional] I made this to decorate the badhusha.
3.Take a bowl add maidha/ all purpose flour add baking soda, salt, and ghee and mix well.Now sprinkle water little by little and make a soft dough.
4.Make balls and flatten it to bring the shape of badhusha.
5.Take a pan add oil for deep frying. Deep fry the flattened dough and immediately put the fried ones in to the sugar syrup and take it off after 5 minutes and leave it on a dry plate.
6.Decorate the badhusha with the coloured sugar and serve it.
Delicious Badhusha is ready now.
