| 1 litre | Fat-free half & half |
| 3 cup | Sugar |
| 1 lb | Ricotta cheese(full fat) |
| 2 pinch | Saffron |
| 1 T | Cardamom crushed |
| 5 cnt | Cashews |
| 10 cnt | Almonds |
Instructions
Mix the cheese with 1/2 cup or 3 spoon(normal dinner spoon) sugar & little cardamom crushed.Spread out on a baking tray.Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until it sets.Remove from oven,cool at room temperature and cut into 2 inch pieces.
Grind cashews and almonds coarsely. Mix sugar, cardamom, saffron, ground cashews & almonds and cheese chunks with half-and-half milk. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours or overnight. Serve chilled.
Notes
Use full fat ricotta cheese.
