    hey I tried this dosai, however as it was grinded as a coarse powder,when I made the dosa it was not tasting good. I did the exact way it was specified in the site. I did ferment for 5 hours, but in US during winter time it does not get fermented fast. Not sure what went wrong.

    This is my favourite dish.. my grandma is a specialist in this. when ever i go to my native i ask her to prepare this. now that after seeing urs iam going to try it out..thanks a lot
