| 1 cup | Cabbage chopped |
| ½ cup | Carrot chopped |
| 2 nos | Green chilli |
| 1 cup | Corn kernel |
| 1 no | Vegetable stock |
| 3 cup | Water |
| 2 T | Soyasauce |
| ½ tsp | Pepper powder |
| 2 tsp | Corn flour |
| Salt as per taste if needed | |
| 1 tsp | Cilantro leaves chopped |
Instructions
Take a heavy bottomed pan..pour 3 cups of water n let them heat, once they start boiling add the chopped carrot pieces, chopped cabbage pieces, with the vegetable stock..cook until the vegetables r slightly cooked, close the pan with the lid…add the corn kernel with the cooked vegetable n cut the chillies into small pieces n add them with the cooked vegetables..add the soyasauce n cook them until the vegetables r well cooked..add salt if needed…make a thin batter with water n corn flour n add them to the boiling soup..put off the stove..
Serve hot n garnish with chopped cilantro leaves n pepper powder…
Notes
You may find the vegetable stock as powder if so take one tsp of vegetable stock powder instead of vegetable stock cubes..
