Description
After 15 minutes, take the cooker off the heat, open it and allow the ingredients to cool for 5 minutes. Take a big try, powder the steamed idli well spreading it into the tray. Allow it cool well for another 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard. Add slit green chillies, curry leaves, one spoon Channa Dhal, one spoon Udad Dhal, one pinch of turmeric powder. Once channa dhal & udad dhal turn golden brown, add the steamed & powdered mixture. While mixing well, add lemon juice, fresh coriander leaves & grated coconut for seasoning.
