| 10 nos | Drumsticks |
| 1 cup | Onion ( chopped) |
| 1 cup | Tomate(chopped) |
| 1 T | Ginger(chopped) |
| 1 T | Garlic(chopped) |
| 1 tsp | Cuminseed powder |
| 1 tsp | Pepper powder |
| 1 tsp | Butter |
| 2 T | Corn flour |
| Salt (as per taste) |
Instructions
Put Drumstick pieces, chopped onions,chopped tomatoes,garlic n ginger, cuminseed powder, pepper powder, salt as per taste,butter and add 2 cups of water in a Pressure Cooker…cook them until 5 whistles…
Pour the cooked vegetables in a strainer…
Crush the vegetables nicely to extract the juice…
Pour this drumstick juice to a pan…heat it for 3 minutes…when its boils for the first time add 2 tbs of water to corn flour n mix it…add this dilured corn flour to the boiling soup..n put off the stove..
Garnish with a teaspoon of chopped coriander leaves…n enjoy drumstick clear soup…
Notes
Very healthy Soup…can add small pieces of grilled breads in the soup…
Butter is optional..can make without butter..
Tomato clear soup….add chopped tomates (3 cups)
Onion clear soup…. add chopped onions (5 cups)
Can do this soup with different vegetables….never forget to add ginger,garlic n cuminseed powder n pepperpowder with them…

Hi anusha…Without corn flour ur soup will be very liquid..it will give a slight thickness..its somewat mandatory for this recipe…ty
priya i prepared this. soup taste was good.u’ve mentioned pepper & jeera pdr as tsp… it is tea spoon or table spoon next unga kulfi…
