Instructions
Pressure cook moongdal with chopped ginger n green chillies until 5 whistles, put off the stove…dilute the cooked moongdal as ur wish n smash the cooked dal with ur fingers, now add the tomatoes pieces, cuminseed powder, pepper powder, salt as well as curry leaves n chopped cilantro leaves, heat oil in a pan, add the mustard seed, red chilli n asafoetida powder n let them splutters, now add the cooked moongdal with spices to the kadai, once they starts boiling, add the lemon juice n put off the stove..
Tasty n spicy Moongdal rasam is ready to serve..serve hot..
