Mooli Paratha

Description

Mooli (Radish in english , Mulangi in Tamil) paratha is a north Indian dish. Due to its strong smell many people avoid it ,but by making  the paratha in the given method no one can identify its mullangi. It will look like simple chapathi. Elders and children who avoid eating Radish can be given in this way 
Ingredients
1 cup Radish (grated)
2 cup Wheat flour
Salt

Instructions

Grind the grated radish without adding any water .Add to the flour with salt and knead and when water is required add by sprinkling little by little water and make like a chapathi dough.Now roll by taking a lemon size dough ,while rolling dust some flour and roast on a griddle with ghee.

Notes

While kneading should be careful of adding water.
