Instructions
1. Dry roast all ingredients from table-1 (Dry Chilly, Coriander seeds, cumin, pepper corns and coconut) .
2. Grind them together with tamarind and onions.
3. Soak the dried fish and wash them thoroughly.

4. In a kadai, add oil and temper with fenugreek seeds and add chopped onions , garlic gloves and slitted green chillies from table-3.
5. Then add chopped tomatoes
6. After 3 minutes add the dried fish with salt and cook for 4 minutes.
7. Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder and the ground masala and bring to a nice boil with water to a gravy consistency.
8. Keep stirring until you get a nuce kuzhambu consistency and then add coriander leaves.
Steaming Kuzhambu: Steaming Kuzhambu Serve hot with plain Rice .
