Baingan ka Bhartha is a vegetarian Indian dish made out of eggplant (also called Baingan in Hindi). This can be served with rice or Roti.I dont like egg plants, but when i got to stay at Gurgaon , my colleages used to bring this and it was yummy and I tried making them and it was a hit.
