Carrot ginger juice will be a bit similar to sugarcane juice…its a very good fresh juice with plenty of vitamins..

Notes
Very easy to do..very healthy juice…will change usual juices with a slight ginger taste..just 5 minutes is enough to do this juice..

thanx shan for providing this information….i am very fond of carrot juice….
Would like to share with you girls…Carrot contains lots of sugars when we convert it as a juice, so don’t take more. Especially pregnant women must avoid this to get rid of gestational and diabetes patients too.
Earlier i used to drink this juice, my GYN told these info abt carrot juice. So i stopped taking it. Since, carrot is good for health so we can take it poriyal, etc…
Also, beetroot juice creates digestion problem.
