| 3 nos | Potatoes(medium) |
| 1 no | Onion(chopped finely) |
| 1 tsp | Garam masala powder |
| 1 tsp | Red chilli powder |
| 3 stks | Cilantro leaves(chopped) |
| 5 nos | Curry leaves(chopped) |
| ½ cup | Cornflour |
| ½ tsp | Fennel seed powder |
| Oil for deep frying | |
| Salt as per taste | |
| 1 cup | Milk |
Instructions
Dip the leftover bread slices in a cup of milk n squeeze out excess of milk, smash them with ur fingers nicely…pressure cook the potatoes n peel them n smash them finely with ur fingers in a large bowl, add the smashed bread slicess to the potatoes, add the finely chopped onion pieces as well as garam masala powder, fennel seed powder, red chilli powder, finely chopped cilantro leaves, finely chopped curry leaves n salt as per taste…mix everything well..make small oval shaped balls with bread n spice mixture..mix the cornflour with water into thick batter…roll the oval shaped koftas in corn flour n keep aside, meanwhile heat the oil for deep frying in a kadai..once the oil is hot, fry the koftas in batches…fry them until they turns brownish colour..
Serve them hot..kids will love this to have with ketchup…
