| 250 g | Rice |
| 1 nos | Coconut grated |
| 200 g | Jaggery (powdered) |
| Water (approx) | |
| Oil (for deep frying) | |
| 5 nos | Cardamom crushed |
Instructions
Soak rice for one hour, grind rice and jaggery to a smooth paste. To the batter add greated coconut. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry till golden brown and serve hot.
Notes
Batter should be like dosa batter. Add cardamom if you wish.
