| 250 g | Boneless chicken |
| 100 g | Cabbage chopped |
| 100 g | Carrot (chopped) |
| 100 g | Capsicum [chopped] |
| 2 tbsp | Tomato ketchup |
| 1 tsp | Food colour (red) |
| 100 g | Oil (for deep frying) |
| 2 T | Chicken 65 powder |
Instructions
1 DEEP FRY THE NOODLES TILLL IT IS GOLDEN BROWN.
2 CUT THE CHICKEN IN TO SMALL PIECES AND MIX THE CHICKEN 65 POWDER AND TEASPOON OF COLOUR IN IT AND DEEP FRY IN OIL. KEEP IT ASIDE.
3 PUT LITTLE OIL AND SAUTE THE VEGETABLES SLIGHTLY AND ALONG WITH IT PUT THE FRIED CHICKEN AND SOME SALT AND TOMATO KETCHUP AND MIX THOROUGHLY.
4 ARRANGE THE FRIED NOODLES IN A BIG PLATE AND ON TOP OF THAT POUR THE CHICKEN PREPARED .
5 WHILE SERVING MIX THOROUGHLY WITH A FORK AND THEN SERVE.

DECORATE WITH A BULL,S EYE IN THE CENTRE WHILE SERVING
CHICKEN CAN BE SUBSTITUTED WITH SOYA CHUNKS, PRAWNS ETC
