| 10 g | China grass |
| 1 cup | Milk |
| 1 T | Vannila pdr |
| 2 tsp | Sugar |
| 1 pinch | Cardamom powder |
Instructions
Wash china grass, immerse it in water & soak it for 10 minutes,Do not add excess of water. Now boil it with the same soaked water, keep it for boiling with continued stir until it reaches the jelly form (if we touch it should mash between the fingers) switch off the stove & allow it to cool.
Now boil the milk at the end add china grass jelly into it, stir for a while & take the milk from the flame, now add sugar, vannila powder, cardamom powder and mix it well.
Notes
After jelly becomes cool it seems like tighty, crush it by spoon. can be prepared with soya milk also or condensed milk.
