| 5 nos | Green chili (slit open) |
| 1 tsp | Turmeric powder |
| 2 nos | Onion (finely chopped) |

Instructions
Wash the shark.In a vessel add the shark pieces ,pour water till they are immersed and cook along with salt and turmeric powder for 10-15 mins.Check if they are cooked.Remove the water and let it cool.Scramble the fish.
Heat oil in a skillet , add onions and ginger garlic paste.Let them fry for a while till the onions turn golden brown.Now add the chilis,curry leaves, turmeric powder and salt .Fry for 2-3 mins and then add the srambled fish.Simmer and let it cook until the moisture is absored and becomes dry.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Notes
The taste is even good if cooked with small onions instead of regular ones.
you can add grated coconut finally and just cook for 2-3 mins.
