| 1 tsp | Mustard seeds |
| 2 nos | Redchilli (medium) |
| 2 tbsp | Sour cream or fresh cream(optional) |
| 1 pinch | Hing powder(optional) |
| 1 tsp | Ginger (cut them into fine strips) |
| 1 tsp | Urad dal |
| 10 nos | Curry leaves |
| 1 tbsp | Ghee or oil |
| 3 stks | Coriander leaves (finely chopped) |
| 1 nos | Green chili (finely chopped) |
| 1 cup | Curd / yogurt |
| 2 cup | Boiled rice |
Instructions
Take a bowl and add Boiled rice, salt ,greenchilli and coriander leaves and keep aside.
In a pan heat oil/ghee and fry mustard seeds,curry leaves , ginger ,urad dal, redchilli and asafoetida and then add it to the mixture in the bowl
NOTE:You can add sour cream or fresh cream to the mixture which is really optional but it will give nice flavour to the dish.
