| 1 tsp | Salt ( as per taste) |

| 1 tsp | Mustard and fennel seeds |
| 2 stks | Coriander leaves |
| 1 no | Clove, small cinnamon stick,small bay leaf |
| 1 tsp | Garam masala powder |
| 2 tsp | Dhania powder |
| 1 tsp | Red chilli powder |
| 1 pinch | Turmeric powder |
| 1 no | Green chilli (chopped ) |
| 2 nos | Tomatoes(pureed) |
| 1 no | Onion(chopped) |
| 1 cup | Green peas |
| 1 no | Large potato |
| 1 no | Large broccoli |
Instructions
Cook potatoes in cubes. Cook broccoli also but dont overcook. Take a kadai and pour oil. When it is ready put some mustard seeds and when it splutters, add fennel seeds, clove,cinnamon stick,some curry leaves and bay leaf. Now add onions and green chilli. saute untill onions get transparent. Now add ginger garlic paste. saute well and when it is done, add tomato puree,turmeric powder, chilli powder, dhaniya powder and garam masala. take care not to burn this masala. saute frequently for 3 minutes. Now put boiled potatoes,peas and broccoli. Saute for few minutes and check gravy consistency and add water accordingly. Add salt to taste. Allow it to boil until oil separates. sprinkle some coriander leaves.
