Carrot Salad

Description

Serve fresh tasty salad into two mins
Ingredients
2 no Grated carrots
1 cup Sprouted greengrams
1 no Finely chopped capcicum
1 no Grated ginger
1 cup Grated coconut
1 tsp Lime juice
1 tbsp Corainder leaves (chopped for garnishing)
1 tsp Curry leaves (chopped)

Instructions

Soak the green grams a day in advance. After it is soaked, drain away the water and tie it in a wet cloth and hang it. this will give sprouts soon.

Mix all the ingredients and add salt and seasoning to taste.
