Refresing Smoothie

Ingredients
1 Apple[medium sized]
1 Banana
2 Avocado (ripe)
1 cup Orange juice
cup Milk (2 %)
Water ( as per need)
4 T Sugar (as per taste)
Honey (optional)

Instructions

Slice the apples,avocados and banana

Blend the sliced fruits with sugar,orange juice and milk in a blender. Add little water if you need a little thin consistency.

Serve up the smoothie in a glass with ice and on top of it drizzle honey(optional)

If you are planning this for dessert you can make it rich by blending this with some vanilla icecream
