This receipe goes well with any kind of indian bread or even with briyani….

| 2 nos | Egg |
| 1 no | Large onion chopped |
| 1 no | Large tomoto |
| 1 tsp | Garam masala powder |
| 1 tsp | Chilli powder |
| 1 tsp | Daniya powder |
| Salt ( as per taste) | |
| 1 T | Oil |
| Coraidner leaves | |
| 1 tsp | Ginger and garlic paste |
Instructions
Boil eggs, peel and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped onion untill golden brown and add ginger garlic paste.
Add finely chopped tomato,garam masala,chilli powder and daniya powder and cook well till it make a thick gravy.
Add water for gravy if necessary.
Add salt to the gravy .
Cut the boiled eggs legthwise so that u cut only the white of the egg, this will make the gravy get inside the egg.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
