APPLE CAKE

Description

This is my first recipe for a cake.I tried this for the first time and it came out very well.so i thought i would share this with all of u.

Ingredients
375 g	Maida
200 g	Butter or margraine
200 g	Sugar
3 nos	Egg
2 tsp	Vanilla essence
1 tsp	Baking powder
	Apple slices

Instructions

Remove the skin of the apple and cut it into long thin slices.

Mix all the above ingredients except the apple pieces using an electric mixer. take the flat tray in the oven and apply butter on the surface.spread thecake batter on the tray evenly with a spatula. arrange the apple pieces on the batter and bake it in the oven at 160 centigrade for half an hour.
