| 1 cup | Ragi flour |
| 1 no | Onion ( finely chopped) |
| 3 nos | Green chilli (finely chopped) |
| Salt (as per taste) | |
| Water (approx for mixing) | |
| Spinach (finely chopped) |
Instructions
Add chopped onion, green chillies,ragi flour,water,spinach and salt in a bowl and mix everything to form a thick batter.
In a aluminium Foil or polythene sheet spread some oil and spread little batter like circular pan cake.
Now place it on a hot iron tawa or dosai kal then add little oil and cook until the top portion becomes dry and then turn it to the other side and cook for few seconds.
Now your adai is ready to serve.
