Description
Chicken kuzhambu made in typical SouthIndian style.I learnt this recipe from my friend in Chennai.This is good with white rice, pulav , idlies, dosas and even rotis.Very tasty and yummy.Here is the recipe for u all!!

| 400 grams of chicken peices[any thing of ur choice can be a mix of bones & boneless] | |
| 1 | Onion[big sized finely chopped] |
| 2 tbsp | Ginger garlic paste |
| pinch | Turmeric powder |
| Onion medium ( chopped) | |
| Oil as per need | |
| Curry leaves and corriander leaves( for garnishing) | |
| 2 T | Chilly powder and corriander powder |
| 1 tsp | Garam masala |

| 1 | Onion[medium sized chopped for grinding] |
| Few fennel seeds, 2 cloves and cinnamon stick |
| Ingredients-3 | |

| 4 | Badam [soaked and peeled] |
| 4 | Cashew[fried] |
| 1 tbsp | Poppy seeds |
Instructions
1.Wash and clean the chicken and keep it aside.
2.Take a pressure cooker, add oil then add curry leaves and onion[from ing 1] and saute till translucent.
3.Add Ginger garlic paste and saute till u get nice aroma.
4. Grind the contents from ing. 2 and add to the cooker and saute well till raw smell disappears.
5.Now add chicken and other masalas and salt from ing.1 and mix well.
6.Add water just to cover the chicken and cook it.
7.Meanwhile grind the contents from ing.3 in to a smooth paste and keep it aside.
8.Once when chicken is cooked completely add the ground paste and mix well.Leave it on sim for about 5 minutes .Garnish with corriander leaves and serve with white rice or idlies .
Chicken Kuzhambu is ready .
