Egg Masala Fry

Quick egg fry, easy to make in minutes to serve with any rice dish.

Ingredients
 4   Eggs
 3 cloves  Garlic (crushed)
 2 teaspoons  Red chilli powder
 1 teaspoon  Coriander powder
 1/2 teaspoon  Black pepper powder
 1/2 teaspoon  Salt (or to taste)
 2 tablespoons  Oil
 4 tablespoons  Water
  a few  Curry leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

Boil eggs, keep them in cold water, crack and peel the skin off. Cut them into half and keep aside. Mix chilli powder, dhania powder, pepper powder, salt and water in a bowl to form a paste. In a shallow frying pan, heat oil and add the masala paste and cook until the oil separates. Now place the egg, cut side down and fry for few minutes and garnish.
