Instructions
Pressure cook the potatoes, meanwhile chop finely the spring onions r shallots..peel off the potatoes, smash them nicely in a bowl, add the spring onions,green chilli pieces, garammasala powder, fennel seed powder, salt, corn flour n finely chopped cilantro leaves..Cut the boiled eggs into 2 pieces..make a outer cover with potatoes mix n roll them on the bread crumbs..while rolling make them r shape them as rolls..keep these egg stuffed rolls in fridge for one hour..heat the oil n fry them as deep frying..
Serve them hot with ketchup ….kids love this..
