| ¼ tsp | Chili powder |
| ¼ cup | Onion(finely chopped) |
| 2 | Green chillies |
| 1 cup | Oil(for deep frying) |
| Salt (as per taste) |
Instructions
Cut the boiled eggs into horizontally or vertically.
In a wide bowl mix besan, rice flour, chilli powder, salt, chopped onion and green chillies. Then add water little by little and make a thick batter.
Heat oil in kadai. Dip the egg pieces and cover with batter. Slowly drop in hot oil. Fry both the sides till golden brown. Sereve hot….
