| 3 cup | Half & half milk |
| 5 nos | Cloves |
| 3 nos | Cinnamon sticks |
| 6 nos | Almond nuts |
| 1½ pinch | Saffron |
| 3 tsp | Sugar(can decrease or increase) |
| 3 nos | Cardomam |
| 5 nos | Pistachios (chopped) |
Instructions
Heat milk in a heavy bottomed pan..add cloves n cinnamon sticks with milk..heat them together n stir it continously for a while, meanwhile soak the almond nuts with a small quantity of boiled milk for atleast 5 minutes, milk will start to boil n make sure that they have deduce from their initial level(2cups for 3 cups)..at this stage add the saffron with the milk..grind the soaked almond nicely in a food processor n add the grounded paste to milk stir it well..add the sugar, at this time stop the stove..crush the cardamom into powder..add cardomam powder n chopped pistachios pieces to the masala milk..
Serve them when its mildly hot..adjust the sugar as per ur taste..
Notes
If u dont like the cloves n cinnamon sticks in the milk..drain them before adding the grounded mix of almond..as i like them much..i didnt drained it..
