| 350 g | Button mushrooms |
| 1 T | Ginger |
| 6 nos | Garlic |
| 1 no | Onion |
| 5 nos | Green chillies |
| 1½ T | Soyasauce |
| 4 T | Tomato ketchup |
| Salt (as per taste) | |
| 2 T | Oil |
Instructions
Clean ur mushroom with tissue papers n cut them into pieces..cut the ginger, garlic and green chillies as shown in picture.Cut the onion lengthwise.
Heat 1tsp of oil in a pan n fry the mushroom pieces until they turn the colour,if mushroom pieces release water, strain it n keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan add ginger n garlic pieces, fry them, add green chillies to the garlic n ginger pieces n stir them , add onions and fry them just for 2 minutes then add mushroom pieces..stir them well..now add soyasauce n ketchup n add salt as per taste..stir them well until the oil get separates.Dont add water.
Simple, tasty n easy Mushroom manchurian is ready to serve. Garnish with coriandre leaves(optional).
Notes
Never use fresh tomatoes to this recipe…ketchup is very must n gives a very good flavour to this recipe.
Any variety of mushroom can be used.
Dont use chilli sauce too..green chillies will be very good for this recipe.
