| 1 tsp | Chilly powder |
| 1 tsp | Corriander powder |
| 1 tsp | Cumin seed powder |
| 1 tsp | Garam masala (optional) |
| Salt as per taste | |
| Oil [as per need] | |
| 1 pinch | Turmeric powder |
Instructions
1.Wash the chicken and keep aside.I have used [8-10] chicken pieces .
2.Take a pan add oil, and add all the contents of ingredient no.1 and saute well.Once when the raw smell completely disappears, take it off from the stove and let it cool.Now grind the content well.
3.Take a pressure cooker, add oil and chopped onions, then chicken and all the contents from ingredient no.2 and saute well and then add curd and mix well.
4.Now add the ground content and mix well, add a little water and pressure cook it according to ur pressure cooker's time. Once cooked, open the lid and keep it in sim for 5 minutes and garnish with corriander leaves
Spicy Chicken Gravy is ready to be served now.
Notes
1.U can use any kind of a chicken piece for this recipe.
