1 cup | Fried onion |
1 cup | Spring onions (finely chopped) |

Salt (as per taste) |
Instructions
Take a ground chicken or you can also grind the boneless chicken using blender or food processor but i have used the perdue ground chicken for this dish
Bring the chicken to the room temperature and put it in the mixing bowl and add ginger garlic paste , green chillies , spring onion, fried onion, garam masala, chilly powder , turmeric powder , tandoori masala , corriander and cumin powder , salt , cheese , 1/2 beaten egg (optional ) , bread crumbs and mix it well , the mixture should not have any moisture, you have to get the right consistency , if it is too moisture you can add some more bread crumbs and keep it aside for 5 minutes
Meanwhile preheat the oven for maximum level ie 500 degree fahrenheit .Actually for kabab u need 800 degree(tandoor temp )as we are cooking in oven, so we can keep it in 500 degree , take the metal skewer/ wooden skewers and apply oil in it and put the mixture in the skewer and place it in the baking sheet like i have shown you in the below picture
Now keep it in the oven for 35 minutes check occasionally
After the kabab is cooked , take it slowly from the skewers , be careful the skewers will be too hot , and keep it in the plate and springle some lime juice and serve as an appetizer with fresh chopped onions(cut lengthwise) ……….wow…….

May i ask you which oven you are suing to make this
Hi Aruna…Just made these kababs..!! simply superb..!! thank u soooo much..!!
hi Aruna,
the recipe does seem good…but your presentation does need a whole lot of improvement.
malathy,Bread crumb is just to get a perfect consistency and also to get cripsy outside(juicy inside)i used 2 tablespoon you know it depends…… if ur mixture is too moisture adjust accordingly by adding little breadcrumbs, i guess its ur first time so u just add 1-2 tablespoon then next time u will come to know .
How much bread crumbs should I have to use?

Hi Aruna
I tried this today.. Came out so so well, I did not have Tandoori Chicken Masala, so added Chilly Chicken Masala, so came out bit spicy. But so yummy.. next time I know how to make it perfectly. Your recipe was perfect. Thanks a ton !!!
