Instructions
grind grindfeenal seeds,shreded coconut,garlic,onion,tomato,tumeric pwdr,corrinder pwdr,chilli pwdr and keep it aside.heat a kadaai/pan add a spoon of oil,add mustard and allow to splutter.add curryleaves,onionfry till golden brown.now add cut and washed mushroo fry them for 2 to 3 mins.then add chopped tomato fry for few mins.
now add the groud paste and add a cup ofwater and add salt.allow them to boil.if u want it to thick gravy u can allow to boil for few mins.
garnish with corriander leaves and serve hot with idlis or dosas.
Notes
u can u can also do it with out adding any vegetable or u can do with boiled potatoes.if u do with potato (2 or 3) is enogh and add the mashed potatos finally.
