Mixed Vegetable Curry

Description

MVCA slightly gravied curry which is a combination of mixed vegetables
Ingredients
1 lb Mixed vegetables(frozen)
15 cnt Cauliflower florets
1 cnt Potato
1 cnt Onion (small sized)
1 cnt Tomato (big)
¾ tsp Fennel seeds
¾ tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Black gram (ulundu)
1 tsp Chilli powder
½ tsp Turmeric powder
1¼ tsp Sambar powder
5 tsp Oil
Salt (as per taste)
3 clove Garlic (crushed)

Instructions

Cut potato, onion and tomato into slightly biggger pieces. Season fennel seeds, cumin seeds and black gram. Add onion and crushed garlic; saute it for a minute. Add tomato. Saute it well; till it is cooked. Add all the ingrdients and salt as per taste. Pour in a cup of water. After it comes to a boil, cover and simmer till it is done while stirring and pouring water in between. 

Notes

You will be done with this in minutes. A good side for all the rices(sambar, rasam,curd etc) and chapathi.

    Nothing is their in this receipe. Very watery and doesn’t tastes good. Also frozen is very bad for health. This receipe doesn’t need any appreciation

    hi sugan don’t use frozen items use fresh i will prepare this dish but i woun’t use sweet corn only baby corn i will use any good and healthy recipe

Heard the same thing from 2 or 3. Actually, I have to thank you once again for opening up this topic which is a deep one. Should discuss a lot about this. Let me open a discussion in forum.
