Evening snack made with mint and potato.

| 2 nos | Potato |
| ½ bunch | Mint |
| ¼ bunch | Cilantro |
| 2 nos | Green chilli |
| 1 inch | Ginger |
| 1 tsp | Cumin powder |
| 1 tsp | Aniseeds(sombu) |
| 2 tbsp | Bread crumbs |
| 1 tbsp | Corn flour |
| 2 tsp | Lemon juice(optional) |
| 2 cup | Oil(for deep frying) |
| Salt(as per taste) |
Instructions
Cook the potatoes.Peel the skin and mash.
Clean mint,cilantro,green chilli,ginger and cut finely.
Add mashed potato with finely cut mint , cilantro, green chilli and ginger.Also add lemon juice, cumin powder,aniseeds, corn flour, bread crumbs and salt.Mix together and make balls.Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan.Deep fry the mint koftas till golden brown.serve hot with ketchup or sauce.
