Fish Cutlet

Description

Fish Cutlet is a Indian recipe prepared with fish. It is served with rice and sambar or curd rice.
Ingredients
2 slice Fish(salmon or any fish)
1 Onion (medium size finely chopped)
1 tsp Cumin seeds
2 strands Curry leaves (finely chopped)
1 tsp Chilli podwer
2 Green chili (finely chopped)
2 T Oil
1 Eggs (lightly beaton with litlle salt)

Instructions

Take the fish add 1 Teaspoon chilli powder,5 curry leaves,cumin seeds, salt and mix well. Keep the fish over a pan of hot water for steaming.Allow it to cool then remove the bones and grind it.Take a bowl beat the eggs with finely chopped onions,Curry leaves and salt.Now add fish to it and mix well.Take a skillet pour 2 table spoons of oil deep fry the cutlet on both sides.Served with curd rice and sambar rice.

      Joy, thanks for trying. Did u try it with egg coating as i mentioned ?

        Chellam, no I didn't but tried half rolled in breadcrumbs. Will try egg next time.

    I tried ur fish cutlet very very taste.I used to waste fish.But this time it is yummy.It is nor time consuming for preparing this.
