Priya, This is my one of my favorite Halwas. I was thinking how to make this halwa since back home in restaurants the process is very long, they take milk after soaking wheat etc..Now I got this recipe, cant wait to try..cup measurement a maatheeteenga.. ya very helpful since I dont have a scale..Picture is very tempting Thanks Priya..
