Instructions
Roll out 2 pooris with the dough and place stuffing in one poori.
Place another poori over the stuffing and seal with water. Press as shown to make sure its completely sealed.
Using your index finger fold (shape of a question mark) as shown.
Our Surya Kala is ready for deep frying. After frying soak in sugar syrup and let cool.
Notes
This recipe yields 5 to 6 Suryakals.

Previous comment is also from me…Also can we use pal khoa instead of using unsweetened khoa ? b’coz have a plan to make pal khoa…so planned to make both in same khoa.
Khova Puri lover???? Why don't you register?? If you really need help, better to go with one name. Only some comments gets reply… and atleast to make sure that I'm replying to the right person.
Ofcourse you can but taste and texture will differ. I 've not tried with store bought khova and cannot assure anything at this moment. Knead the dough and let it rest for few minutes probably 5 to 10 minutes.
